Yesterday I received an offer of 500 free listings. It didn't start until today, so I waited until today to accept the offer. Now when I post something I am charged a listing fee. What happened? I am no where near my selling limits.

I've been attempting to sell a laptop and i've listed it 4 or 5 times only to be "bought" by scammers. Was wondering if there were any ways to reduce this happening because it's starting to get ridiculous.
