I think Khoros fixed the problem w fb and listings not able to be viewed

I was scrolling down today's topics, clicked on one and low and behold there was a member who had a number and a view listings link.  Clicked on fb, came right up, clicked on view items for sale, no problem.  Hope this is for real. Fingers crossed.

Nope.  No avatars, no feedback, no listings.  I suspect this is the new design.   I suspect that concern about certain of the country-specific responses is enough to take away the tools needed to give meaningful help to all.   Throw out the baby with the bathwater.

At this point I think we should just start tagging the mods (both eBay and KH) so they can dig out the info needed and answer the questions and help the posters. I'm not jumping through hoops and going ten different places to see the info needed to answer a question.

On the plus side I'm spending a lot less time on the boards and getting a whole lot of recorded shows off my Genie! LOL

I have to wonder if EBay even realizes how critical this is to sales. Who wants to buy from a seller they can’t vet? I know there is a work around but how many tens, or hundreds of  thousands of buyers aren’t aware of that? EBay still lives in their “only game in town” mentality.

Maybe it's my imagination, but the responses to threads seem to have slowed down noticeably. My activity is definitely down, because I'm not going to waste time chasing basic info needed to help someone.

It is hard to answer a lot of issues, and even though the work around isn't that difficult I admit for some questions I leave it to somone else.

Wonder how many of us are doing the same

The claim now, over on the Community Platform board, is that Khoros just yesterday figured out what the problem may be but, of course, the weekend is coming up, so just continue to be patient...  I'll believe this was unintentional when and if things are restored to what they were.
