Auction allowed foreign buyer, specified USA shipping only. Did I miss a setting somewhere or can I expect
buyer to furnish domestic address? Thx.

Certainly a good possibility.......either a friend or a reshipper.........you can't tell until they pay.......if they don't pay, it's probably because they are trying to use a non domestic address........

Also happens to me, they have a US address for forwarding. But also eBay charges me an additional fee if the credit card is foreign based. Need to be able to block all bidders that are non domestic buyers.

Hi, it might have happened because when you make a listing from scratch or by using the sell similar link, the Global Shipping Program (GSP) is enabled by default. Check your listings to see if the sell internationally with GSP option is enabled , because in most cases when making a listing it is by default.

If you are still using PayPal, you can block foreign payments. Not so in Mangled Payments.

If you don't also have your Buyer Requirement set, anyone would be able to bid on your auctions.
They just won't be able to pay unless they provide a US shipping address during checkout.
If they fail to pay because they want the item shipped internationally, you can cancel the transaction, citing problem with the buyer's address.
About Buyer Requirements:
