Hi everyone,
I sold two phones to an account with a shipping address listed as a freight forwarder called Onex in Wilmington, DE. Before shipping, I asked the buyer where the final destination would be, and they confirmed "Georgia country."
A few days after shipping, I received an email from eBay (verified as legitimate) notifying me that the account was stolen. I've included the email at the end of this post.
I immediately tried to intercept the package via USPS, but their site said it wasn’t eligible for interception. I also visited my local post office, but they confirmed the same.
USPS attempted delivery on Saturday, January 18th, and the package was picked up from the local post office on Tuesday, January 21st signed by "A S" which is not the initials of the person on the label.
At this point, what are my options? Do I just wait for a fraudulent INAD case or a credit card dispute and prepare for a refund? It’s frustrating to feel powerless in this situation, knowing I might lose both phones if they just make INAD or credit card dispute.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Yes.
Be ready for facing a scam and losing both the phones and your payment for the transaction. With so little feedback as a seller and only a few sales within the last 90 days, along with selling iPhones as one of the most scammed items online, you are a sitting duck for what you're going thru.
Stop selling iPhones, unless you don't mind the risk of losing them and your payment for them on a forced refund over which you have no control (especially the dreaded and ultimately successful scam of a credit card chargeback).
Cheers, Duffy

@capella0408
Did you happen to receive any eBay messages to "change the address" to the Delaware freight forwarder?

The chargebacks for this are typically 'Unauthorized charge' and eBay has fully covered them for me as long as I have delivered shipping.

I was wondering that as the ebay email says messages, not any transactions.
