I am desperate. I sold one item by mistake. Very confused story. Action made a mistake by delivering wrong lot with others... I did mistake, did not notice that I sold one item, that dropped into box from the bag. Found and flagged. Auction asked to return item back. But I sold it. How to return it back from buyer? Is it possible?

Reach out to the buyer and ask them to send it back.
No one else can get it back from the buyer.
It's possible, if the buyer agrees. If they don't? Good luck.

If it is already in the hands of the buyer the only thing you can do is politely ask for the item to be returned at your expense. You can't force it and eBay won't get involved.
Not trying to be offensive here but your original post is very hard to read. If English isn't your first language, I would suggest you ask someone who is an English language speaker to read your email to the buyer before you send it. You are asking the buyer to do something that they don't have to do and actually is inconveniencing them. You want your email to them to be easy for them to read.

I daresay you are up the proverbial creek without a paddle on this one.

If it was an item you had listed make sure to end the listing.

I am very familiar with that creek.

Nope.
I wouldn't even bother unless it was something for $50.+
I would just tell buyer keep it as a free gift...and maybe hope for a feedback.
Bugging the buyer to return your mistake might get a not so nice feedback.
It's your mistake...own it...we all make mistakes.
Buyers are not good at shipping as we sellers are experience in the shipping department.

I don't understand...
OP listed an item by mistake?
Item sold and they sent it out by mistake?
Now waiting for buyer to send it back?

It's up to the buyer to agree. You're asking them to spend extra time and hassle as a favor for you. You could offer to refund some of their payment, or even all of it, upon return. Depending his much you want it back.

I think you are saying that you SHIPPED (not SOLD) an item with another order.

It sounds like you accidentally put another item in with one of those jewelry lots you sell. I'm not sure why you are "desperate" unless that extra item that got sent has now sold to someone else and you don't have it to send. If that is the case, you probably need to refund that buyer, apologize profusely, and tell them the item is lost.
You probably won't be able to get the extra item back from the first buyer but it looks like most of your jewelry is inexpensive so hopefully you won't be out too much money.

Sorry but while buyers can file a case if they receive the wrong item, there is no such thing for sellers. There is no I send the wrong item and want it back case. All you can do is ask the person you sent it to if they will return it. You would send them a pre paid return label. If they don't or you don't know who you sent it to, there is nothing you can do.
There is water polo but there is no water dressage. Got to take care when packing and shipping.

Seems like OP was packing a sold item, another item fell into the box and off it went. They need this item back.
OP - just write the buyer and explain, then create a label for them and attach it to your message. You'll need to figure out about how much it weighs so you can create the proper label. Most people are understanding, but you'll need to hope for the best.
