The destination of the package is Portland Oregon. Tracking number is RT106731584PT
I sent it on the 15th of October but USPS tracking says "Not Trackable" !????
On the Portuguese tracking it says it left Portugal on the 19th of October. On USPS absolutely nothing.
Does anybody have a clue what I can do in this instance? This is crazy.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

I hope not either! My parcel came from the east coast though, I hope it's entangled in that mess in the Pacific. I understand the railroads to/from Chicago are backed up as well though. I really don't know at this point.

I forgot to mention that the same buyer also made a second order about a week later after his first order, which I sent with regular mail (not registered) as his first order, and THAT one he already received. Since when is regular mail faster than registered?? It makes NO sense to me.

The problem is that postal service in Portugal for some reason doesn't connect with international registered mail compliance. I myself waiting for an item which I paid $950 for, but it has been a month and I still did not received it. I am a stamp collector and I am getting stamps from all over the world, and there are only very few countries where their registered mail is untracable and Portugal is one of them. Ridiculous

I am able track any international registered mail through USPS, but it only works if the first two letters of the tracking number are RR

Pretty much my standard experience in international mail. Tracking will show item up until it leaves origin country, a week, two weeks goes by, then an update showing item arriving at ISC NY or Chicago, then into customs with no update for another week or two, then tracking picks up again and my item arrives three days later...
The OPs scenario is NOT unusual... If the OPs buyer is impatient, then buying from overseas sellers is NOT for them.
