I was just wondering if anyone else is dealing with a huge decline in the views of your listings? I just looked at my traffic report and from July 1st to August 1st of 2021 I had approximately 1800 views, from this July 1st to August 1st I had 68.

Ebay removed the bots that were giving sellers multiple views. Now your views are all genuine from actual lookers and perspective buyers. I would rather have those types than the bots. The bots don't make purchases.
Happy Selling!

While the "bots" don't make purchases, I feel they must have been contributing to sales in some way, because ever since the update, sales have dropped dramatically and for me almost non existent. No offers either. I absolutely do not understand how weeks and weeks go by, I receive close to zero views, especially on items that got not only a good amount of views previously but also had quite a few watchers. Makes no sense.

So is it just a coincidence that at the time that ebay decided to make this change that so many of us have had sales drop dramatically? Considering every change that ebay seems to make ends up in disaster. The number of hoops that we the sellers have to jump through to make a sale on ebay is ridiculous. This is not a professional company and this comes from the top down. Ebay desperately needs a CEO that is well versed in e-commerce and the technology to make it work. Ebay needs to stop hiring former walmart executives who really don't have a clue.

It's garage sale season. Looks like everything you sell is generic knick-knacks. You can find a lot of the stuff you have posted locally for like a couple bucks at a garage sale or thrift shop.
