I need to know how to disable Add Fee Express.

I would like to know how to permanently disable Ad Fee Express. I am being hit with a $4.99 fee that is probably the result of me clicking to get rid of the big obstructive ad, every time I list something. Nothing I have to sell makes Ad Fee express a good value, and yet every single time, that ad fills my screen.

I want to shut off the offers, permanently. If possible I want a refund of my $4.99.

I could not figure out how to disable it. The documents you listed did not tell me how to stop the pop-ups.

I tried everything to cancel "ad fee express" and couldn't do it.  So I called customer service and was told the only way to stop "ad fee express" was to end the listing.  I relisted the item and haven't been charged the per click fees again.
