I need suggestions

I received a refund request for an item that the buyer claimed was damaged. I checked the tracking and the item has not yet been delivered, so I called customer service and it was settled. I then went to my sold items for today and the same buyer has purchased another item. Do I cancel the sale or just ship the second item and hope I don't have another problem??

What do you mean by in your first post that "it was settled"? Did customer service close the return request? I'm curious as I didn't think that they would do that.

Yes, they closed the return request and settled in my favor because the tracking showed that the item was still in transit.

Did they give the buyer a courtesy refund?

Yes, I believe they did. The email I received from Ebay about the case being closed stated that they were doing so.
