I need help with my account restrictions

What ever i type to customer support with my problem i receive this. After multiple mail nothing they are just changing the name of assistent. I just made Ebay account and Payonner account finished all necessary veryfications and got message from Ebay and Payoneer that everything is set up and ready. Then i got email that Ebay have hard time veryfing my info and that they need additional info which i kindly provided to them 20 minutes later boom permanent ban.

I am pretty much aware of that but what i can do about it. I just made account so i how i can made so badly mistake that i got banned from the site.

The email you received tells you pretty clearly there is nothing you can do about it. "The suspension is permanent. You will not be able to participate in any buying or selling activities on eBay."

They did not say you made a mistake. They said that they have determined that you pose a risk.

I'm sorry but you are finished here, you can't make another account, you cannot buy or sell here anymore. There is nothing any of us can do to help you.

@96cvf78   What were you trying to or planning to sell on eBay?  I agree with the other posters and the message you received.  For whatever reason, you specifically have been banned for life from using eBay.

Let me ask you this, do you know of ANY other people in Serbia who Buy and Sell on eBay?  If so then the issue lies somewhere in your sign up process that caused eBay concerns and thus the permanent suspension.

I saw few sellers while i was searching some stuff on ebay that they are from Serbia. I was trying to sell digital goods( like game accounts, keys...)

For the sign in process i used apple account to make Ebay account, after that i made Payoneer account and send every document that have asked from me so i can sell on Ebay. After that i received email from Ebay and from Payoneer that everything is set and that my account is ready. When i posted listing my account got restrictions until i answer some questions about stuff what will i sell. After 10 minutes i got email saying that i am permanent  restricted.

As already stated many times there is NO way for you to buy/sell on eBay anymore, it's over, done, kaput

Well that sucks. I get it, you shouldnt violate any rules and they trying to protect site from the scammers but permanent ban for the new user is little  too harsh. Anyways i guess i will need to find a new way to sell my stuff online.

Ahhhh, this may have been the issue @96cvf78 that triggered the supsension:

Additionally, eBay restricts certain items at different times and for different reasons, here is their Restricted item policy:

Since you confirmed you have seen other Sellers from Serbia then it is possible that if you would have started Selling items NOT on eBay's restricted Polices (and there are more than the two I shared) then you may have been able to get started.  If you had posted here BEFORE you started to sell and asked if you could sell digital items we would have shared that link above and you could have (possibly) avoided the suspension.

The ONLY option you have is to call eBay in the US and ask specifically for the Trust and Safety Department, THAT is the group within eBay that handles suspensions.  It will be an expensive call and you may still be permanently restricted but that is your only choice to take this any further.  I and others are sorry this happened to you before you ever got started.

Let me further explain what eBay means by their "associated" accounts comment.  Accounts can be "associated" by an IP address on the internet, a credit or debit card, a name, an address, Payoneer account and documents, bank account, etc.  If you have WiFi in your home and a friend comes over and you let them use your WiFi and they have an eBay account AND use your WiFi then their account could get permanently suspended too.  If another family member tries to sign up for you and any of the above (or other scenarios that may connect YOU with THEM) then they will be suspended.
