I need help on a feedback issue

I rec'd negative feedback from a customer. The great news she is willing to change the feedback but I don't know how to send a request, and she doesn't know how to change it either. Can anyone help me?

There are probably several ways to find the link.  One way is to go to your feedback page and scroll to the bottom then click on feedback forum.  Then on the right under feedback tools is a link to request a revision.  If you have any feedbacks that qualify for a revision they will pop up and you can continue the process.
