My buyer paid for second item instead of the first. I know she will not get the other one.I sold the second one too cheap. Long story. I did post about this elsewhere.I filed npb on both. She was under the gun. Paypal says she just paid. She noted she is buying this one first and will pay for the other one later. She tried to coerce me into saying I would wait for payment on the second one if she paid for the first one. I didn't answer.I am so mad I feel sick.It didn't show on here so I tried to cancel but I can't because there is a case open.

Really your only option is to ship the second item, and to either close the case on the first item (4 days after filing) or else ship it if she pays for it.

I don't want her to have it now.

Can a seller refund and if something happened to the item?

Did you have more than one auction for the same item?

eBay has no mechanism to force a buyer to pay for all the items he buys.
It is not your buyer's fault that you sold the second item too cheap.

Sorry, you aren't exempt from judgement - while a non-paying buyer is not fair, neither is a non-performing seller refusing to ship one item because he thinks his buyer will not pay for another one.

No. The first auction ended 2 weeks ago the second 1 week ago. She owes more on the first one.I could have gotten $1000 more for the second one which is rarer.A bidder from another country try to bid that much higher but she was blocked. I found this out the next day.

Here is the initial post explaining what happened in more detail:
I admit I didn't read the whole thing again, but now that this buyer has paid, it seems odd not to complete the transaction. The fact that you just don't want to is a personal thing I suppose, and others have explained the consequences.

She said she wanted to make me happy so she would pay for the first one if I allowed her a week or more to pay for the second one. I checked just now and Ebay does not say it's paid.

Now it is personal yes.

I held up my half. I was going to sell both even knowing I made a mistake. Her first echeck bounced.
