I miss the 'Cha-Ching' notification.

I haven't gotten the cha-ching cash register sound when I make a sale in months. I miss it! All I get now is my regular email notification and I have to go check my phone to see if it's a sale or a personal email. Am I missing something? Is it my phone's? Because I have a phone that I keep at my desk just for ebay and my personal phone and neither get the cha-ching anymore. 😞

Remove and reinstall the app. That should do it.

As @heckofagame  advised,  delete your previous app and then re-install it.   When I just randomly installed it from google, where ever, the cha-ching still didn't work. When installed it  through Google Play, the Cha-ching came right back.  Use the google play option.

Hope you get it fixed.  It's such a feel good sound.  I was at a yard sale the other day and heard it on someone else's phone---I gave them a smile.

Already tried. Many times. Cleared caches. All of that. Nothing works.

Have already tried. Still no luck. I like it because it distinguishes my sales from my personal emails. It's really helpful.

This happens to me often and usually I just restart my phone and it starts working again.
