I was a figure the member stole a set of Graham Swordifsh no 3517. ebay item 263924402270.

He bought and said he was fake and returned the package in that package is IPHONE!
I have all the evidence and EBAY.UK makes a decision for his benefit.
So I lose at least 2200eur (how much did Graham cost me in Croatia)
I am 10 years old on ebay and so steal the member + EBAY.uk for a minimum of 2200 eur
I called EBAy and PAypal and nothing ...
Now I have to deal obviously in other ways. I do not even know how.

Bay has a very bad business practice and does not protect the customers against Fraud like this.
They are customer service dept messed up and they do not want to take ownership of the problem. Not a trustworthy online company.

Is there a mail from the UK police to report the UK police to their case?
Ebay says I can not do anything ... I give video and photos so you can see,
Is there a lawyer in the UK to expel justice and lawfully sue EBAY.UK

This is the US board.

We could give you instructions based on our laws but they may be different than yours.

In our country we would tell you ebay does not look at video. Video can be doctored. It is a useless endeavor when it comes to ebay.

We would tell you to file a police report and one with the carrier and upload it to ebay. Smetimes they give a courtesy refund. Ifyou bought insurance ask a postal inspector to come out to the buyer's address and see if it was tampered with.

But that is the US. And that is why I suggest you post on your home board if there is one and on the ebay UK board since that is where your buyer lives.

Ok first-that item number you provided yields no results so I'm not sure what you sold that equals 2200 euros. HOWEVER-you are one of the lucky ones. Instead of getting back a worthless ROCK like most Ebay sellers when scammed ike this, they actually sent you something you can at least recoup some money on. I-phone 8's retail for $600-$800 plus depending on the GB storage .

To answer your question-no one at Ebay OR Paypal will take your word against the buyers. They side with the buyer 100% of the time. The Police wil do nothing-they will say you could have altered that video. Most sellers here will tell you that selling high dollar items here is a risk-if you can't afford to lose it, don't list it here. Ebay will tell you that "fraud is a cost of doing business". There is no protection here for you if you get scammed. Sorry.

Yes scammer usually send back rocks, rags and old telephone books, not.

I am wondering if the buyer might have just mixed up the packages when she went to return them.

Since you sold it on the UK site you might want to ask the sellers on that site for advice on what to do. They might be aware of rules specific to the UK site that sellers here on the US site aren’t aware of.

There is a Verbal Process made up in the post office.

It's been a case that people are buying expensive mobile phones and then in the house they open and see that it's a brick. Now you can open a package and get rid of scams. It's easy and effective and prevented a lot of scams.
No offense Croatian post is the top company .. Royal Mail and other are bull**bleep**.
So what's the EBAY platform? For whom?
they have problems apparently ..
They steal their faces ,.
That is why every small seller should be avoided.
You sell Rolex and then some of you brick and EBAY judgment in his favor

Look when I saw the trash in the package it does not fit 100usd.
We obviously agree that EBAY has become a **bleep** from the store.
Customers are important to them OK. And I'm a buyer but they have to take the time for such heavy scams. To better investigate
Which is their philosophy.
Why would I agree to a loss over 2000eur?
It is in Croatia, UK, DE and elsewhere, some serious theft.
Let EBAY agree to a loss, not me or you.
