I’m at a loss part 2

After trying to reach someone all day about the buyer makeing threats and calling names and destroying the items he was to return. Finally one on reached out and they are taking this very serious for the threats and slander busy also how I did everything right yet he stil manipulated the system to get his way. So full refund given back feedback removed and if it’s like most this buyer will be doing it again tomarrow

Sounds like seller  (OP) claims that the buyer filed a false INAD (or other) return and forced the MBG and returned the item in a condition other than how it was shipped. Buyer also violated the Abusive Buyer Policy by making threats and being vulgar. Seller tried to escalate the case and prevent the refund, and the seller lost and buyer was refunded. Seller is out the money but at least the buyer's feedback was removed.

Unfortunately OP, it sounds like everything that could happen did happen. eBay won't prevent the refund to buyer in this case, but at least their feedback was removed. I would block the buyer and move on, it's unfortunately the cost of doing business.

Dude you hit it on the head. They refunded him within minutes of him opening a case with out once reaching out just funds are on hold that was all the notice I had. And then the nasty messages and the slanderous email I would post the messages bug I’m not sure it’s allowed
