Did you mean:

I'm TRYING to accept returns. . .

In another post, i asked if I should, and the advice seemed sound, so i changed my settings via this link:

https://www.ebay.com/rtn/Return/SellerRules

Well, i then listed a new item last night and it still says I don't accept returns.

Don't know what else to do?

This is the new item listing:

I'm TRYING to accept returns. . .

Each listing needs to be edited so that your return policy for that item is indicated.  If you are going to have the same return policy for all of your listings, you can do it easily using the Edit drop down menu from the Manage Active Listings page.

Going forward, when you create a new listing, make sure to fill the return policy as you would like for it to be on that item.

The preferences that you have selected using the link in your post should kick in once you have the listings edited to show your return policy.

I’m having the same issue but can’t seem to find the ‘manage active listings’ page. Where is it? Thanks!
