Last year, I had an even lower return rate than I do now and my visibility and all that jazz (and sales) is excellent nowadays because I try to list at least 20 new items daily, which boosts visibility, and I've found that to be the #1 thing that boosts sales - listing something daily, especially if it's at least 10 new items daily. Food for thought. Sorry you're going through this but you CAN do well on here and it's not impossible to thrive or improve things.
Think of the hundreds of thousands of sellers on ebay.
Only a fraction post here, and obviously they are here because they are experiencing a problem.
But the majority like yourself are doing well, and all I can add is keep it up.
Yes, you can do well here if you have a good product and are willing to adapt.
