Yeesh...
This is getting old... There are countless nunbers of us inquiring about the multitude of site issues happening right now (views/watchers not showing, search messed up among others) and really no sound feedback as to the cause of these problems. Could this be a "Trump Era" syndrome of corporate interests completely disregarding the people who made you successful in the first place? I would guess that private sellers who purvey in used/collectible goods are still the backbone of your profits/sales/listings & it is beginning to appear that you are seeking to send them packing, but in a subversive sort of way... If you want to switch your site purpose to accommodating nothing but large companies who sell nothing but new products here, just get it over with & tell us. I just ended all of my musical instrument related items & will now only sell items in this category on REVERB. I'm just waiting for someone like MicroSoft to start a new site for old school collectible sellers like myself as the time is just SO ripe right now. I used to love eBay, but with all the changes such as no longer being able to leave a negative for bad buyers (scammers, non-payment, spiteful feedback...) to final value fees in shipping (even if calculated), ridiculous returns policies (no one should need 30 days to assess the condition of an item, much less 14 and having to accept a return simply because someone "changed their mind" is just wrong with used items. That works for Wal-Mart as a small percentage of very sale they make goes into a return fund & they suffer not. This is not Wal-Mart, nor is it Amazon, it's eBay & in my humble opinion, it is just simply too late to try & reinvent yourselves. You are losing untold millions in revenue now due to long-time sellers now resorting to FB selling groups, craigslist, sites like Reverb, etc. & the exodus continues as I write this. Just needed to get this off my chest and not holding out for any miracles...
