I have a quick question!

Hello there eBay community, I had ordered some inventory a little over a week ago and the sender did not pay enough postage. After USPS left a little envelope in my mailbox saying postage due I checked the tracking and it said that it was held at the post office. When I went to the post office they told me that it would be delivered the next day. It is now the next day and it has not been delivered but I put the extra postage money in the envelope and they took it today. Will it be delivered tomorrow?(tomorrow is Sunday so basically Monday)

Or do I have to go pick it up? Thank you to anybody who responds!

Did they tell you specifically that it would be delivered on Monday?  The last time I missed a package I had to call a 1-800 number to request redelivery.

I have a quick question!

Yeah. I think I'd be calling the PO Monday morning.

In fact I would done that and rescheduled delivery for when I'd be there to pay in person.

If that were to happen to me and I did it the way you did, I would expect to get the package on the next delivery day as we live in a rural community and it would be the neighborly thing to do.

But if I lived in the City that I use to live in, I'd say it would be a real toss up if I'd see the package without further effort and possibly paying yet again.

Agreed. A lot of this sort of thing and 'what happens now?" depends entirely on where you live.
