It depends on whether the product is allowed within eBay's policies.  However, as you are in Sri Lanka you cannot receive PayPal payments which many buyers use to pay for their merchandise

No. Since sellers in Sri Lanka cannot accept PayPal payments they cannot sell on eBay.
