I guess I'm too stupid to figure out how to accept or decline an offer

Seriously? What the heck have they done to the offer screen? I don't do many Best Offers, but last week someone sent me an offer on an item that didn't have that option, and I thought I'd set some similar  items up that way. So this afternoon I got offers on two items and I'll be darned if I can figure out how to accept/reject/make a counter offer. What the heck did they do, and why??? More importantly, what is the secret to being able to respond?

Click on the offer box on the left and the page should come up where you can respond............can't remember exactly what to click on I was so mad about it......somewhere in that box tho......

Click on the box with the buyer's  name in the offer console. That should open up the offers page.

None of that worked for me last night. I had to click on my item listing then click "offers".

NM that was when I was trying to counter offer.

It is still having problems today - you have to go to MY EBAY and look for your item, click on your item listing and then they have REVIEW OFFERS in a link someplace up near the top - if you go through that Listing link - it will open the ACCEPT / DECLINE or COUNTER OFFER Page - the direct link in messages (as well as your email) is scr$wed up today - in fact this whole week - just work around it.
