I get a weird message from a ebay member

I get a message about a item I am selling and this member I think was a question about my item turns out to be a rude comment or statement whichever you like to call it? But I never responded anyone know what the best recourse is about what that member said? I've blocked the member by the way

The item is a car I am selling and the members message has nothing to do with my listing. I lost someone on 9/11/2001 and that comment really Infuriated  me. Any thoughts?

Here is the message:

Re: I get a weird message from a ebay member

There are some deeply disturbed people out there who think it's acceptable to force their opinions on others.  It's not right and it's not kind.    Ignore any further messages.

My condolences on this day of remembrance.

yes blocked the member but loosing someone on 9/11 is what really makes me sad. Today Marking the 16th anniversary and I get the message last night. I have ptsd and that really hit me with that comment

Re: I get a weird message from a ebay member

Unfortunately if you put personal comments in your listings you are going to get personal comments back. It seems like that comment came from someone who was equally disturbed by 9/11 but in a different way.

Conspiracy theorists abound on Ebay.

^^^^This

While I feel for your loss, maybe it would be better to take the comment out of your listing. For some it will just bring renewed heartache, for others its going to trigger the crazy button

Re: I get a weird message from a ebay member

Given the context of this issue, it's not really weird at all.

You made your listings very personal and someone responded in kind with a theory that is pretty widespread.

BTW I just wanted to add that you never know what is going to trigger some people so it's best to leave personal information out.

I've had two friends on facebook go off on me in the last month. One was because I talked about women role models in the martial arts (it was a compliment), once was about ethnic vs Americanized Chinese food. Completely out of left field. So you just never know what lurks in the hearts of men.
