I don't get a shipping screen eBay just automatically populates a label

I am trying to change my label size to 4x6 because eBay is automatically sized it to print on 8.5x11.  I keep seeing advice to change hat in the label screen but I can never get there. I go to my orders and it only gives me the option to buy and print a label. when I do that it skips the label screen all together and just gives me a label or QR code. Ive been trying every single thing I can to fix it and nothing....  any advice?

Can you provide some screen shots?  The screen where you buy the label is where you change it, in the lower right corner.

You need to change your printer settings before you print.  When the label is ready to print there is a drop down to change the size.  At least on my brother printer that's how I do it.

When you're one the page to buy your shipping labels, there's a menu on the right side of the page, that's where you set the options for your shipping labels.
