Sold this item to buyer. Buyer supposedly paid for item. I shipped item to buyer. Buyer supposedly received item. EBay has STILL not paid the money into my bank account.
1. My account details are correct and up to date.
2. My bank account details are correct and up to date. This is so because I received full payments for two other items sold within the same timeframe as the sale in question.
3. I checked my seller dashboard and transactions. There is nothing on hold or still processing regarding this item sale.
4. I checked my bank account statement and there is is nothing on hold or still processing regarding this item sale. Other item sales have been posted and received properly.
5. I tried to contact EBay by chat support but it only gives supposed resolutions that have nothing to do with EBay paying a seller. I also tried the "Call Back" option but I keep getting emails saying that they did call me (when I never got a single call back) and or my information is incorrect or not updated. (see number 1)
I need some help with this because I don't feel that EBay is trying at all to help resolve obvious issues. Yes, I know and am sorry that there is a pandemic going on. But that is no excuse for a business to have shoddy support.
Clearly, there is a problem with this new system. I want my piddly little chump change form the sale I made and I will cancel my EBay account if it is going to be this much of a hassle to get help.
If this issue is not going to be resolved properly; I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, any other Federal Agency and finally my attorney.

When did you sell this item and for how much? Cant click on your link because I am not the account holder.

This is for the 7.20 item with 4.30 shipping? You understand that Ebay takes out the fees on those sales immediately? That may be where this payment went.

Item was sold on Mon, Aug 16, 2021 and buy paid the same day but I did not get a notice via email like I did the other sold items from different customers. Buyer received the item on Thu, Aug 19, 2021 via USPS. I never heard anything else from EBay regarding a payment to my bank account.
Order total:
Subtotal $7.20
Shipping $4.45
Total $11.65
Two other items sold within a day or two of the said item in question. I received emails from EBay about those items sold. I didn't receive an email about the itemin question. I logged into my account and noticed that it said on my seller dashboard that the buyer had paid and I was to ship the item within three days. And I did so, I also provided the tracking number in the Item order details.
Seller dashboard says I only have two payments to my bank. Both match my bank account for the two items that I was notified by EBay that sold. The item sold in question does not appear in the payments section of the seller dashboard under payments nor does it show on my bank statement. The Dash also does not state that the transaction is on Hold or still processing.

Adds up as though that amount was in the Aug 20 payout.
Click on that payout VIEW on the right to see what was in the payout

Okay, looks like they combined the payments. I though that EBay would process "each" transaction separately for more clarity. I did not see that link in my view until today. I was using a different browser when I took the screen capture. All is in order. Thanks everyone for the help.
Still makes no sense for a huge company to rely on community support - it only frustrates users.
