eBay customer support

Hello everyone,

Tried to contact the customer support re increasing the selling limit but if you click on Contact\Help there are just articles. Tried to request a limit increase - get a message I'm not eligible, no possibility to communicate with a human from eBay team.

Does anyone know how to contact them?

Advices are very appreciated.

What are you trying to sell?  If it's this account you're trying to up the limit on it won't happen.  You have nothing listed and never sold anything.  You have to start small.  Sounds like you're trying to jump into the deep end of the pool without swimming lessons.  Ebay has to set limits to protect buyers, sellers and themselves from scammers.

I listed 4 items and couldn't list more.

How can you sell properly if you only can list 4 items?

Every new Buyer starts out slow on here and inches their way.  It is to protect you and protect Buyers.

E-Bay wants you to walk vs run.  They don't need Buyers knocked down from errant running Sellers.

You might need to sell on several sites initially to meet your goals. 

You have a few listings up - you need to sell those to be given more.

Yes we do not  want to upset the buyers under any circumstance.Ebay has to be careful we might end up with more sellers than scammers.
