Your on the USA board and it's different in your country. Log off and log into back into your eBay account and then ask on the board in your country.

Unfortunately, you can upgrade a personal account to a business account, but there isn't any way to downgrade a business account to a personal account. If you need a personal account, you will need to open a new one.
