If you do, ask to speak to a supervisor, but as you know consumer demand changes, they're buying from Texas right now.

Shall I contact ebay?
Of course. Use the call back feature, those guys are a real hoot and will fix you right up.
Truthfully, no need to contact them. I only suggest that to people I don't like, and I do like you. They are being replaced by bots anyway.
Try these sure fire tactics:
If you don't use PL, be sure to sign up. Increase your amount to about 40% until you see your impressions slide, then increase it. Also put all your items into PLA. Make sure you are going to offer your customers your discounted shipping rate or offer free shipping and free returns. To increase buyer joy, and increase the probability that consumers will view your item as a "must have", i.e. use the AI generated descriptions, since they show on mobile devices without having to look around to find what you have to say. That along with not allowing combined shipping should increase your product visibility. You have to really act serious about increasing your monetary commitment to eBay. Let us know how it works out!

Well glad I’m not alone. Been selling since 2010 and have had my first zero sales day ever. It’s never been this bad - something is wrong with search, algorithm..ALL OF IT. Diversify now, this is what I’m doing.

I think you would be better suited to contact your joke writers about the stale, old material they gave you. lol

I can't afford writers. I'm a struggling ebay seller. 😉

Possible causes.
1. EBay throttled all your listings.
2. Nobody likes the stuff you are selling.
3. You didn't promote at a high enough percentage.
4. The most expensive item you have listed is only $135 with shipping and not worth the scammers time.
5. You're in Hawaii
6. Everything you have listed is BIN.
7. You're on every buyers DNBF list.
8. You have 4 neutral feedbacks as a seller.

That neut saying that it was a gift and arrived early has probably uber-throttled your listings. NO ONE is going to purchase from a seller who ships an item so that it arrives early.
Plus all of those gummy pickles. Maybe you need to stock some new product.

We are just members like you.
You are free to contact ebay if you wish.
We do not make the call for you. We have no control.

Really we know who you are. Do you truly think the board needs a sarcastic post?

I think this may be kind of going past some people.
