Hello,
I had a customer who ordered something which was too big for a package, so i decided to bring it directly to the customer (1045km) i like driving so i don't care about it.
The buyer said he confirmed delivery, but on my selling page it still shows up as "In transit"?
Does this mean the funds are gonna be delayed by 21 days because i personally delivered an item which is too heavy to be shipped (Cost wise).
I hope theres a solution for this..

Oh dear. The listing has free shipping. Because the listing has shipping as the delivery method as opposed to no shipping local pickup you need a tracking number that proves delivery. Without a tracking number proving delivery the funds will be held for 21 days.
But there's more- without a tracking number or a QR code the buyer can claim it wasn't delivered and get all their money back. You better hope and pray the buyer is honest.
If the listing was no shipping the buyer would be issued a QR code which they give you so you can prove to eBay the seller got it. You should have never turned it into a delivery in person. Items collected in person are not covered if you do not have the QR code. I'm so sorry you've put yourself at risk of losing the money if the buyer files a not received claim.

Ah i get it,
But i trust the buyer in this case, i got enough proof of the items delivered at his company (Took photos of the invoice and his company in the background)
But there is no way to get the funds quicker then 21 days then i guess?

Sorry, there's no way to get it released before 21 days. You have to offer an electronic method in case the buyer wants to pay that way which holds up the payment.
Next time you want an in person pickup or delivery ask them to pay with cash so you could avoid that big payment processing fee and not have your money held for three weeks. Most buyers shouldn't object and you're allowed to ask for cash. You just can't insist on only cash.

I second this. In person pickup or delivery should always also be in person payment.

Next time, don't do this! Always work within ebay rules.
It sounds to me like you would win a court case if it ever came to that, but the step before suing a fraudulent buyer is an ebay determination, and from what I've learned on these message boards, they absolutely do not look at things like photos or invoices or trip odometers. It doesn't work like that.
I don't mean to alarm you. Sounds to me you're pretty confident it will work out fine, and I'm sure you're right. However, if on some weird chance it doesn't, you aren't protected within ebay without the delivery proof mentioned above. You would have to sue the buyer. The good news is that you'd probably win. The bad news is that you'd have to sue the buyer.
