I cant List my item Please help me

Hello,

after one year i was try to list my product (Pens & Writing Instruments Fountain pen), i cant list show some message      "We do not allowed products marketed to treat or cure the cronavirus. If your product is permitted  under our policies, You may relist without referencing the term coronavirus."  

i have attached pic, what is problem?  please help me for listing start
