Looks like your recent sale for $550 was your first sale? As such, you are subject to Ebays thirty day hold..Ebay prefers that any refunds come out of your pocket, not theirs.

You cannot "fix" holds.

You just need to upload the tracking number to the transaction, so that once it is delivered eBay has the information they need to release the hold.
