I cannot change location in: OLD ADDRESS SHOWS!

I have moved and change all my address in Ebay, only find out on my items show, old address!  There is no place to change it in bulk.  You can go on each item and revise, but I'm not going to do that.  Ebay has been contacted to help change it, and I have not heard from them.   I tried in bulk revising and nothing there.   Everyone that has moved, what do they do!..No help on line with Ebay.

Go to SITE PREFERENCE, PERSONAL INFO, ADDRESSES.

In the bulk edit tool, item location is under preferences:

Click that and change your zip code.

Edited each listing.

They say you can do it with the bulk editor, but I've never had much luck using it.

Nope cannot chang it in bulk, tried and nothing, also was told by 2 Ebay tect, that it cannot be done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear.  We use bulk editor a lot, but we changed our address last year when they updated our box at the UPS mailing station and we changed it in Account Settings and it updated every listing.

Next to your user ID is a small drop down arrow.  Click that, go to Account settings and update your ID address.  When we did that, it updated immediately in the listings and our shipping labels.

How long ago did you update your data?  Maybe put your store on time away and reach out to e-Bay CS on social media?  Today is Sunday - Monday they would reply.

Your personal address change must be done  way post #2 has stated.  Item location has zippo to do with your personal  address.

I just went to the sellers hub, and "bulk edited" the item location for  my first 12 items with no problem doing so. YMMV

Hello. I finally figured this out for my account.  Once you go to Account Settings in your account, select Addresses under Personal Info. The last address in the list named, Payment and Pickup Address, needs to  be changed. Give it a few days to see changes.
