I need to know how to fix this problem. I haven't listed in a few years and apparently a lot has changed.
First, I don't even see an option to offer money orders as payment. Second why would ebay even have the option if they don't allow it?
Any help would be appreciated,
James

Can you post here in plain text the listing description (to include whatever TOS you have)? Doing that may help us determine what may be triggering the problem.

What's TOS? I was using a saved template from before so I may just have to start over with new templates.

Thanks for the quick replies. If I don't figure it out by starting a new template I'll come back agian.

That's almost certainly the problem, but if you can find where it references MOs, you can fix it and save it as a new template.

TOS = Terms of Service.
If you're using a fairly old saved template, chances are it is from before eBay banned all paper payments in most categories. I would recommend starting from scratch and making sure the listing conforms to eBay's current rules. You can then save that as a template.
