Please help to let me know how to add variation on eBay listings, as I can't found on new listing template for the variation listing. Thanks a lot!

Not all categories provide for variations listings.
What category are you attempting to use?

Click on CREATE NEW LISTING (leave everything blank including title) and then go down and click on CREATE VARIATIONS. You can use standard variations offered or create your own.
