I created a new account to do different kind of business on. But for some reason I cannot seem to find a place to change handling time for some products. I was wondering how I can find this. People tell me to go to the place where you would edit listings in bulk to change them all, and I cannot find them there. Is there another way to find out how to do this? Thanks
If you are talking about when you list, it is between the domestic and international shipping information. Otherwise, you can revise an existing listing, and I'm sure it is under bulk editing also.
I just experimented with bulk editing to refresh my memory. When you pick your listings to edit, then look on the left side and click the drop down "edit fields" and you will find handling there to apply to all.
By any chance do you have business policies set up? If you do, you will probably want to create a new policy for the handling time you want(handling time is under shipping policy), then edit those listings to the newly created policy.
Yeah I can see that on my older account, but not on my new one. What gives? Why would they give access to something like that to older sellers and not new sellers. Now I don't even know how long I can hold onto the item before sending it out.
