I can't figure out how to make a multi-item listing

I have 8 pins that are made by the same company but different designs.  I want to list them where people have a choice of which item they want, this listing is an example of what I want to do but I can't figure out how to do it!  Can someone please help me or point me in the right direction?  Thank you!

Here's the listing title to search:  Vintage Preschool Toys Musical, Push n Pull, FP, Disney, Tomy+ Collect or Play

ETA:  What I want to do is like in the above listing, under "condition" is "description" and you can then select which item you want.

>>I also notice they've made a total dog's dinner of the help pages. What was so bad about the A-Z index?

What was wrong with it? It sort of worked, that's what's was wrong with it. Can't have things work now can we? Oh no. Change is good. (and looks like it had to be trimmed down, dumbed down, and filled with soothing empty white space for the swipe monkeys)

Agreed. It was easy to find subject by alphabetical.

I've never had a problem with GTC listings having a wrong qty.

The only times you should have to adjust are: Returns, Cancels, Replacements and Restock.

(Or if you are bigdeals, substitutions and order adjustments made for buyers who can't figure out how MV listings work LOL)

If you are paranoid about quantity control (or even just as good inventory management), you can "cycle count".

I pull one container off of a shelf every week. I check it against my inventory and against the listing. I check for damage (I sell fragiles), count and physical location. I mark my inventory with the date counted. The next week, I pull the next container ... and so on.

I find things that were mis-shelved every once and a while ... before they sold and I have to panic 😉

Haha yea what penguin said about the buyer notes about order changes... ugh.

I also fully agree with the GTC MV listings in regards to quantity. With all the glitches MVs have, I've never had a problem regarding inventory count when using GTC, all of my listings use it.

I'll second the idea of cycle counts. I do exactly the same thing. Honestly it's close to impossible to have 100% correct inventory count at my volume, I'll settle for 90% correct. The effort that it takes to try and get that last 10% will drive you nuts and will only be correct for a few days. Thus is the nature of high volume inventory. As long as you have good customer service skills, you won't have to worry that much about accidentally overselling something.

I have heard there can be glitches when revising MV listings (like all photos getting wiped etc). If a variation is all sold does the listing retain those as OOS when it renews or do you have to re add that variation back in if you get more stock?

Yes there are many glitches, but so far I have never experienced one in regards to quantity count for GTCs. I have however experienced it with 30 day listings though... sometimes it will add the sold quantity back in when you relist, sometimes it won't.

If one of your variations sell out, it will remain as OOS to the buyer until you restock and add quantity back in. It won't disappear even when it renews. If all of your variations sell out, the listing will end unless you have that option to retain listings when they hit zero quantity in "site preferences". Once it ends, you'll have to relist again it will have a new listing ID and you lose your sales history on that listing.

Oh good, thanks for that info = )

The first 2 new ones I did I forgot to make GTC, but I'll fix that when they end and I relist.
