I can't add tracking information

When I go into my sold item list and attempt to "add tracking" information, I type it in and then it won't let me save it.  I've tried in multiple browsers.  Is there a problem with the ebay site?

Here is what support is saying...

"As further checking here, this error is currently a known issue on the eBay platform, I will need to forward this concern to our team. Rest assured that since this is a known issue, your seller performance will not be affected."

always something on here. they supposedly working on it. not like i dont have a boatload of tracking to upload

Yes greengorn, Ebay's system is having glitches. I talked to customer support and they forwarded it to the tech team. That was 4 hours ago and it still doesn't work. This always happens when you have 50 tracking numbers to add!

I was having the same problem so I actually went to my inventory tracking software, "The Art of Books" and sent the tracking numbers through the software and they all went through to Ebay successfully and the tracking numbers all showed up under my orders.  https://www.theartofbooks.com they are the greatest.

yip.was fine until today,but can't add the tracking number,and no carriers show up when you imput the one used (before after the first letter a few shipping options would appear)

I was having the same issue yesterday afternoon, I could put the tracking number in, and put who the carrier was, but when I tried to save it, the screen would just freeze. So I would back out and try again. It was time to go home, when I came back into work this morning, I was going to try again to add it, but it managed to capture it some time over night. I made a note of when I attempted, and when I looked this morning, and clicked on the tracking it showed it save it a little over 2 hours after I had tried to do it.

Hopefully it was just a temporary glitch.

Try using the add tracking number link that is in the sale notice you get in the email from Ebay telling you that you sold something. That was the only add tracking link that worked for me

Here we are almost a year later, anytime I try to upload a tracking number and carrier, nothing. The info won't save.
