I have had this problem for 6 months called ebay 12 X talked to 12 chat people and they all make me explain over and over to one person after another up to six times and then I get disconnected . I feel like ebay is trying to psychologically kill me. I spent 6 hours on friday and saturday getting nowhere. I believe ebay to be an absente landlord........................is this group session the last circle of Hell in Dantes Inferno. I mean ebay.

I have asked every single onee of them if they ever sold on ebay and that includes two supervisers and they all say no. They are not trained. I only seem to get Philippines people . They just transfer me around wrong dept wrong dept.

Don't talk to the phone reps.
The phone reps who talk are undertrained, underpaid sub-contractors in boiler room in Utah. They have no authority and mostly want to get you off the phone so they can fill their quota.
Chat is run by eBay employees as are the Twitter and FaceBook sites.
And you get a transcript of your discussion so you can see if what was actually said was what you think you heard.

Yes chat was the last thing I tried and after 5 transfers I got someone who told me to delete people on a list that are not allowed to buy more than one but whenever I do it always says already deleted in red or what I wasted time doing last week. so I will try again I guess you are right chat is the pnly way. I just hate tyoning the same thing over and over again 5 or more times they will not read previous chat! thanks

Could the restriction have something to do with the type of store subscription that you have?

What browser are you using, type and version number?
What happens when you go to your Buyer Preferences, uncheck the box in front of the "Block buyers who are currently winning X of my items in the last 10 days" (or change the number), then use the toggle to set the "Apply above settings to active and future listings" as seen below and then hit the "Submit" button?
https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerRequirements
Do you see the following?
Are the chosen settings maintained if you navigate away and come back or do they revert to some other settings?
To rule out browser issues, try using the latest version of Firefox to set your Buyer Requirements if you are having problems getting the settings to change or stick. Try using another device to rule out device issues.

Accepting your own post as a solution is not how this works.
In truth, you really are not giving enough information on your issue.
What do you really mean by I can only sell one item every 10 day?
Do mean people are only buying on average 1 item every 10 days?
If that is the case, there is nothing for eBay to do, and no need to contact them, they are not going to increase your sales.
Not sure what people on your block buyers list into this has to do with anything.
As it is, you have over 200 listings, so my guess is just as I said above, your sales are not what you hoped for, but again, eBay the company has nothing to do with that, it is the current market.

Also by choosing Solution - many will not bother to come in and read here as it appears all is solved.

I see 30 feedbacks in the last 30 days. Looking at your sold items, I see some days with multiple sales. So your question; "I can not sell more than one item every ten days", does not track with your sales.

I am guessing that the OP is getting messages from individual buyers that are having problems purchasing multiple items and getting the following Buyer Requirement limit notice:
"You are unable to purchase this item due to restrictions from the seller. You have winning bids, submitted offers or bought 1 item(s) from this seller in the past 10 days. Please contact the seller for more information."
That is the only ten day limit I am aware of.

I just did. Proved ya wrong. Lol.

The original message here is from 12/21/21, so over 2 yrs old.
OP appears to still be selling, so evidently worked this out.
If anyone else posting here has the same issue, may I respectfully suggest that you start your own post?
