I can not print out invoices or packing slips from drop down menu.

This morning I went to print out packing slips/invoices from the drop down menu for overnight sales and I get this message

"Unable to load due to system error.

Please close the page and try again."

I have tried reloading the page and I even tried a different browser.

Anyone else have this problem?

I tried and got that error too. You can use the link to print a packing slip from the shipping label page.  It will print without purchase of the label.

Thank you for the reply. I tried that too, and it works. However I use the packing slip and invoice when I enter the sales into Quicken.  I use another program for inventory that has an invoice that I used for this mornings sales. I guess that will be my new workaround for another one of eBay's "Improvements".

I had the same problem. I rebooted my computer. Works for me now. (for what it's worth, I'm using Google Chrome.

Have you tried rebooting your computer?

I rebooted my computer, rebooted Chrome and tried Microsoft Edge.  I found another post describing the same problem.  It appears that a lot of people have been experiencing the same issue. (I searched before posting, but I must have missed a word)

The best guess so far is to sign out, clear the cache and sign back in.  I will try that tomorrow when I have more sales.

Restarting computer, logging out of ebay, then logging back in worked for me. (chrome)

In fire fox
1. The fast way with a shortcut.

Press the keys
Control, Shift and Delete  C T R L is control
on your Keyboard.

That brings up a menu.

Delete all of history not just the cache.

Time to Clear: Everything.

Delete Cookies, Browsing and Download history, Active logins, Cache, Form and Search History

That should clear up the problem

I found a temporary workaround. Go into the item, click "Print Shipping Label" in the upper left. Then click "Print Packing Slip" on the right side under "Order Details".

That only works once for me. The next time I use firefox, I have to  do it all over again.

The easiest solution appears to be to logout and re-login again. Every time.

That is not the same packing slip. It doesn't list the item amounts or shipping costs.

I logged out of eBay, Cleared Chrome Cache, restarted computer and it works now.
