I am unable to delete listings, is this function broken?

When I click the box on the very left of a listing, it is supposed to highlight the actions tab at the top of the page, but it doesn't, and I'm not sure how otherwise to delete a listing...any suggestions?

I just checked one of my active listings and when I clicked the box to the left of the item it allowed me to click on actions at the top and pick end item.   I was also able to click on the little down arrow beside the listing which shows a list of things to do and it also had end listing among the options.

Hiya Fern...gosh, for some reason neither of those functions is working on my page!  I'll try logging out and back in and see if that makes any difference.

How long has it been since you cleared your cache and cookies?  You might try that too.

If that doesn't help, try another browser.

I hope it starts working for you.

And exception would be if you are trying to close an Auction that has one or more bids on it.  That you can't do.

You can try ending the listing with the help page interface at this link:

It usually works when there is a problem doing it in Seller Hub and this issue comes up every once in a while.

Tell us which listing you are trying to close and we can look to see if there is a reason you are having problems @dippitydoo

eBay has been acting up at times for about 3 days now for me. I assume due to all the updates. 

When I see this issue, I will open a new fresh eBay page and delete the old one.

I am having major problems with my ebay pages, I have called ebay and reported them. They gave me a work around but now that does not work. Unable to select a category in my store. Also my all selling active page is truncated, So they told me to go to the "listing" page and do a search and now that does not work. Been about a week.. Just a heads up. I am able to add new listings and sold a few things since Monday so that is working Ok. Letme know if anyone else is experiencing problems. I have cleared my cache and history and just about to reset the ebay app. Happened before and somehow it mysteriously was fixed. I hope because it is causing me delays in doing editing and relisting items.

Hiya, Mam....I tried clearing out the cookies, that didn't do anything.  And it's not any particular listing that won't delete, it's ALL of them.  When I click on the little box on the extreme left, it goes black with a check mark, as it shood, but the "actions" bar at the top of the listing page won't highlight (and become clickable).

Perhaps it will work in a few days, possibly the sellers update has messed things up.  Hope the items I wanted to delete don't sell!

I'm having the same problem, for about a week. To end listings I had to log in to the "old" seller page. Then I was able to end listings, just slowly, one at a time. Then I switched back to the "new" seller page.

I tried logging in & out, clearing history & cookies, different browsers. Nothing worked but the switch to the old page.

Try going to My eBay here https://www.ebay.com/mys/active and see if you can end listings there (screenshot below). You can only end one listing at a time, so if you have a bunch to end, it will take some time.
