I am being charged an insertion fee. I have used the listing in my basic store and now ebay is charging the fee for my next listing. I am not sure why? Any glitches out there?

Auction? The 200 are for Buy It Now only listings.

The two that I have started are both Buy It Now. I just looked at an Auction and it is also being charged.

Look to make sure you don't have any boxes checked for listing upgrades.

You will need to give us more details, such as:

• How many of your basic store listings have you already used?
• What category as you trying to list in?
• Are you listing an auction, or fixed price?
• How much is the fee they are charging you?

I have used all of my basic store listings. Collectables is the category. Fixe Price. $.30.

The offer for 200 free insertions is only for sellers who don't have a Store subscription. You lost access to those when you signed up for the store subscription.

I do not believe that is correct, their information on selling says:

Insertion fees

All sellers get a monthly allocation of zero insertion fee listings. When you have an eBay Store subscription, you get more zero insertion fee listings per month than sellers who don't have a Store. The number you get depends on the Store subscription package you choose. Keep in mind, selling limits apply and certain categories are excluded from the zero insertion fee listings offer. Learn more about how zero insertion fee listings work, including the terms and exclusions for those listings.

And under selling limits:

Your monthly zero insertion fee listings

Store package	Zero insertion fee listings per month
No Store package	Up to 250 listings
Starter Store package	Up to 250 listings

So again WHY am I being charged for an insertion fee when I tell have over 200 "free" listings for this month?  What Am I not understanding?

Are you sure it's an insertion fee, rather than a listing upgrade fee such as bold, subtitle, listing in two categories, etc.?   

mstuffy had accepted their own reply my post as a solution. They had gone over their Store allotment and mistakenly thought that they could still use up their non-store free insertions left over from earlier in the month before they signed up for the store.  

It's not clear which part of my post you think is "incorrect."
