I sold an item to the UK that took forever to arrive. This week I decided to fully refund Buyer as it seemed item was lost. Yesterday, the item showed up. The Buyer is very nice and honest and told me the item arrived and they are willing to re-pay. Im not sure how to collect this money. Can I send them an invoice? Can they reverse the refund?

@tiesherpa wrote:Yes I would like to just send an invoice for the item - but it seems that after 30 days the ability to send an invoice for an item disappears as an option from the drop down listing of the sale.
Which is why I said to send it through Paypal.

If someone else wants to buy the product, you cannot stop them, so make sure that your buyer is online when you make the listing. Also, I wish that all Ebay users could be like the one you had. I have been scammed many times throughout my Ebay experience.
You can also delay the listing to appear at a future set time and then alert the buyer with a heads up. Tulips
