I ONLY sell internationally with the global shipping program, so how do they see my stuff?

I ONLY sell internationally with the global shipping program, so how do customers from Canada email me all the time through US website trying to get me to ship cheaper ?

They use the "contact seller" link.

Just politely explain you are set up to ship Internationally via the GSP at this time.

Likely they are eBay members on this very eBay.COM site.   Smiley Happy   They can see everything that is listed here, just the same as you and I can.

If you offer GSP to Canada then obviously Canadian buyers will be able to see your listings!

You get the messages because buyers like the item but they are shocked at how much it costs to ship via GSP.

Example, you have a window valance, you are charging $3.50 for US shipping but a Canadian buyer has to pay more than $21 for shipping. Not sure how much that item weighs but It's likely you could ship it direct for less (and probably faster).

GSP is a deal-breaker for likely millions of potential international customers. Biggest joke (well, one of) that eBay ever came up with.

I agree. After 20yrs on Ebay, I have never had a GSP transaction. Last month was the first. > $20 S&H US to Europe for a $20 book, and after 3 weeks (normally it just takes 3-4 days) DHL returned the parcel back to Pitney-Bowes, because PBI/GSP "forgot" to write my DHL customer ID on the address label, despite the fact that this customer ID is part of my Ebay address data...

Also, friends warned me, GSP will charge you for customs duty, even when no customs duties are due (value is below the allowance), and they do not write a proper receipt for that, so you cannot get a refund from your tax authority...
