Since no one else has told you this, this is a member-to-member forum. It is not really monitored by anyone working at ebay although from time to time some people from ebay 'can' be called to a thread if the gravity of the situation warrants it.

You can either let us know what you need help with and we will try to guide you (many of us members are pretty knowledgeable on a wide variety of subjects) or if we're not able to, we will at least point you in the direction you need to go where you may best be able to find the help you're seeking.
