How would you proceed with this buyer

Sometimes I get buyers who message me about an issue with the item they received but don't mention anything else. The message can be taken as an FYI if you don't try to read between the lines.

Anyhoo, so this buyer complained about a clothing she received that stained the bottom of her sink when she washed it and advised I put a disclaimer that the clothing might bleed. Other than that she likes the item. I've never heard of any complaints like this, even I wear the clothing myself. I wasn't sure if this message required a reply, but I replied and poked the bear and said I'll add that disclaimer.

What should I do with this buyer now? She came back with this reply and photo. "It is just a laundry sink but thought if someone has a white quartz sink they might be upset. My son got a little butter on his sleeve and I threw it on the sink and soaked it in water before putting it in the wash. This is the imprint it left since it was wrinkled up a little."

Just my personal opinion, I would think soft scrub would remove it.

I wouldn't read too much into it.

You responded regarding the disclaimer, I would just move on and leave it be now.

Tell her to try to rub it with baking soda or a magic eraser.

If she thinks she's going to get some partial refund from you or something she's out of her mind.  Maybe she wants you to buy her a new sink hahaha

I would spray the stain with bleach/water mix.  I would not put the disclaimer in my listings.  Some fabrics bleed.  If you're an adult female, you know this.

The only way I'd add a disclaimer is if you are selling multiples of the same item.  BTW, it's typically rayons that bleed, esp dark rayons, it's one of the reasons most rayons are dry cleany only & some silks also bleed.
