Retraction of bid

I had a bidder retract his/her bid with justification that I had changed something in the listing.

I never changed anything on the listing. I have never had this happen to me.  What are the ramifications of this bidder making a false claim against the seller ?

Whether it be viewed as a false claim or as bidder ignorance, be happy they retracted if they didn't want it. Life's too short...
