Did you mean:

How would you handle this buyer's 'question' ??

I sold a pair of NWT jeans by NYDJ to someone who has received them and has now written me to say:

Yikes! The sequins sit under my butt cheek!whats up with that?

I have an open return policy but don't offer free returns.

The jeans have embellished pockets.

How would you reply to this 'whats up with that?"  question?  I suspect that she's already removed the tags, or she could have simply opened a return request.

I don't want to tell her to pull her pants up ...however....

Seems to me if the bling is below her butt, her butt is too high not too low

Tell her to stop sitting and start twerking!

OMG i'm so glad i don't sell clothing.  It seems like a whole different "breed" of PITA customers.

But seriously, i would probably just ignore the "question" and hope it goes away. Hopefully it was more of a comment than a question.

Simple answer: The item's design does not sit well with wooden chairs. I will suggest to to manufacturer that they add a warning label.

That would only enrage the buyer, lol. Most women don't wear their jeans low as far as I know. She just needs to use a belt to prevent discomfort.

Or each pair of jeans can come with a small butt pillow.

Depending on size you may need a large butt pillow 😁
