Resolved! ebay charged wrong amount of tax

Sold first item that tax was charged on. Item total with free shipping is $ 25.00.. Ebay charged $1.50 tax. Wisconsin rates are 5.5%. which would total $1.38. Is ebay charging extra to handle this tax money?? Thanks

Buyers can't pay for auctions they won!

Why hasn't Ebay fixed this glitch yet!? I keep getting buyers that can't pay for the auctions that they've won. It doesn't work even if I send an invoice.

eBay promoted list - I just relisted my items and i am an Above Standard none store seller
