How to use color in listings?

Can someone tell me how to change the color in the description section on my listings? I remember they had that little color block on the template but I do not see that anymore. is there something you can type into the description box?

It looks like a little paint can.  It is right above the box where you type the description.

The blue circle is where you change the color for the description box.
