I don't do a lot of selling on eBay, but recently listed several items. Those auctions ended and buyers have made payments, so I'm preparing to ship, and trying to use eBay generated USPS labels as I normally do. All went well for the single item / single buyer sales. But in one case a buyer purchased 2 items. I don't have the "allow bundled payments and shipping" option enabled in my options, it says "not specified" I think. But looking at the Selling list, eBay seems to have bundled those two items together, and seems to be only giving me the option to generate one shipping label for the combination. If these were small items no big deal, but they are somewhat larger items. Is there any way to treat these as individual buys at this point and generate 2 different labels, and ship as if two different buyers had purchased?

Not sure if you can do this when using the app ....
But it works if using a browser ...
Package up eqach item.
Weigh & measure both packages.
For the first box, use the print shipping label function.
Input that box's weight & dimensions.
Select your mail service, Priority Mail I presume.
Purchase the label.
For the second box, use the print another label function.
Inout that box's weight & dimensions.
Select your mail service.
Purchase the label.
Both tracking numbers will be uploaded to the sale order.

You're fine here. eBay bundles items into one transaction when the buyer pays for them together. eBay lets you add up to 5 tracking numbers per transaction.
Purchase the label for the first box, then go to your orders page and use the option to purchase another label.
