How to turn off the "Ebay has sent your payout" emails? Cannot find it anywhere!

My payouts are set to once per week, and every week I receive the email that says "Ebay has sent your payout". I would like to turn off this email. I have already tried looking in Account Preferences/Communication Preferences/Seller... and I don't see any way to turn it off.  I really don't need to be reminded weekly about this.

In doing a quick Google search, it seems other people have indeed found a way to turn off that email, but I can't find it in my account. I'm just a small seller, no store. Maybe that has something to do with it?

I would like to know the answer to this, too! I receive daily payouts and although deleting the emails is a minor annoyance, it still IS an annoyance. I have a store, so I don't think that's the issue.

I found one thread from 2021 that said you could switch off this notification via the Communication Preferences in your seller account, but there is no "Payout Sent" option in my list of possible emails to turn off, so either eBay took that away or I'm just missing it for some reason.

Same for me.  I cannot find the 'Payout Sent' option in the list of options to deactivate.  These daily messages are annoying and I do not want to change my payout frequency to lessen the number of times I get this message.  Why was this Communication Preference removed when the actual 'We sent your payout' message says you can choose to stop receiving this email?

The 'We sent your payout' message says:  "You are receiving this email based on your eBay account preferences. To change which emails you receive from eBay, go to Communication Preferences in My eBay."

This is very misleading if the option has been removed.  But why was it removed?

There must be a way to turn it off because I am set for daily payouts and I DON'T receive these emails.

Over 7 months since my comment & no help & no option available to actually turn this off.

I think the only was to stop these is to set up a rule on your email server or email client to block or archive emails from ebay with the subject "we sent your payout".

Since this is the only thread I've seen complaining about it, I doubt eBay is going to add that as an option.

When I don't want to see periodic emails and I can't turn them off, I set up a rule in my email client to do it for me.
